Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Dovaan Homestay, we strive to provide our guests with a pleasant experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation Requests

  • Guests must initiate any cancellation requests within 7 days of their booking date.
  • Cancellation requests can be submitted through the support section of our website.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date.
  • All refund requests will be reviewed to ensure they are genuine. If approved, the refund will be processed within 6-7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

3. Processing Time

  • Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 3-4 business days for the amount to be reflected in your bank account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date.
  • Additional services or fees that are non-refundable will be specified at the time of booking.

5. Modifications to Bookings

  • Guests wishing to modify their booking dates or accommodations must also submit their request through the support section. Modifications are subject to availability.
